Germania Solutions was founded on a simple principle: the construction professionals who specify mechanical systems deserve a supplier they can trust the way they trust their own engineering.
Our Story
Germania Solutions is a B2B supplier of premium European building and mechanical systems, based in Khalda, Amman, serving the Jordanian construction industry.
We exist because of a pattern the two of us saw repeatedly over decades in this market: good projects compromised by the wrong specifications, and good professionals exposed to risk by products that failed after handover. We started this company to offer something different: a curated, no-middleman supply channel of European systems we would personally be willing to specify on our own projects, backed by the technical knowledge to help you specify them correctly on yours.
Every brand in our portfolio was selected after direct evaluation against the alternatives. Fischer, Maincor, Bongioanni and Lato are not the cheapest products in the market, and we will be the first to say so. They are the products that deliver on performance over time. In our experience, that is the only metric that matters once a building is occupied.
We sell directly from the manufacturers. No middlemen, no parallel imports, no re-labelled stock. Every product carries its original manufacturer's warranty, and every warranty is one we stand behind personally.

The People Behind Every Recommendation
Eng. Issam Salem
Architect & Civil Engineer, Co-Founder
Eng. Issam brings more than 50 years of direct experience in the general contracting industry across Jordan and the wider region. His career has spanned the full arc of large-scale construction, from design and planning through to delivery of major infrastructure and building projects.
Most recently, Eng. Issam served as General Manager of a leading general contracting company in Qatar, where he oversaw project portfolios at scale. Across five decades, he has become known in the industry for two things above all: an uncompromising commitment to doing business honestly, and a straightforward personal manner that clients, subcontractors and colleagues return to again and again.
At Germania Solutions, Eng. Issam is the bridge between the products we supply and the realities of the construction site, ensuring that every specification we recommend is grounded in how projects actually get built.
Eng. Mohammed Taha
Mechanical Engineer, Co-Founder
Eng. Mohammed is a mechanical engineer and a University of Jordan graduate, with 25 years of deep technical experience in heating, cooling and HVAC systems for construction. He spent the core of his career with the largest mechanical systems company in Jordan, developing the hands-on expertise that now shapes every technical recommendation Germania Solutions provides.
His training comes directly from the manufacturers behind our products, including product and technical training with Fischer in Germany, alongside specialist training in boilers, solar thermal, heat pumps and VRF air-conditioning. He has been invited to lecture at Fischer's conferences in Germany, and regularly trains engineers at Jordanian universities, the Jordan Engineers Association and other industry bodies.
At Germania Solutions, Eng. Mohammed leads the technical consultation service. When a client sends us drawings or a system brief, it is Eng. Mohammed's calculations and judgement that shape the response.
